1. Subscriptions
- To access certain features or functionality of the Services (including specific content), you may be required to pay membership fees. Membership fees, along with any applicable taxes, are billed annually and are payable in advance. By subscribing, you agree to pay the membership fees and other charges incurred in connection with your Rounders account.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Membership fees are billed through Apple’s subscription service, and payment is processed via your Apple ID account. By subscribing, you authorize Archen Software LLC to charge your Apple ID account for all applicable fees.
- Authorization: By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
- Refunds: Refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with their policies. Archen Software LLC does not issue refunds directly. For assistance with refunds, please contact Apple Support.
4. Account Registration
- To access your account, you will need to register and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activities that occur under your account.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
- You agree to use Rounders for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use the app in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair any of our services, networks, or infrastructure, nor will you transmit harmful content or violate the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
Rounders and all content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Archen Software LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the app without our express written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by posting the revised terms within the app. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rounders is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archen Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including any data loss or loss of profit.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
